A software engineer by profession, Browning started investigating scammers after overall lost cash to a tech scam. Ever since then he started looking into different analytical tech scams, in which he penetrates PC networks run by scammers who profess to be specialised tech support experts or present as the US IRS experts, using distant desktop work area programming and social designing. Such tricks have included spontaneous calls offering PC administrations, or sites presenting to be trustworthy organisations like Dell or Microsoft. In his youtube channel, he exposes various methods used by the scammers, and he has gained worldwide followers of more than 3 million subscribers. He engages with the telecommuters and finds out the tricks behind it. He has helped many cybercrime authorities regarding fraud and different other tech scam operations. Jim's strong grit and determination in defrauding have helped many innocent individuals across the globe. With the knowledge of computer programs, he can reverse engineer and filter out the scammers by using their own tools and also gains a visible approach to the desktop of the fraudsters. He also can access their camera and networks as well. Every step is recorded from their personal cameras to their desktop activities as it showcases the full image of the scene of action. He also prevents money transactions to the fraudsters and thereby notifies the individual who is being scammed by trying to connect to phone numbers.

In the UK an IT proficient who passes by the alias Jim Browning is engaged in defeating the digital tricks. As he is disrupted by the robocalls disturbing his day, Jim chooses to fight back against them. As scammers try to con him, Jim utilises his expert area to figure out his way into their PCs. With the capacity to see everything on these PCs, Jim attempts to defeat their activities and save the victims.
