Bangalore Turf Club Horse Race
One of the six main horse racing associations in India is the Bangalore Turf Club.
At the center of this new community are the Club and its related race track. Chickpete and Lakshmanpuri are nearest to it. A significant route, the Race Course Road, connects the Turf Club to the rest of the city. The location of the Bangalore Turf Club in the center of the capital does have its pitfalls. Room is at a premium, and so the whole complex has situated a shade above 85 acres within an area. The Bangalore Race Course, despite these constraints, is fully built. This entails a thousand horses being stabled, several running tracks, an equine swimming pool, a hospital, training schools, and even an amateur riding academy.
Track highlights
Its oval-shaped track makes the Bangalore Race Course popular. The race track's primary surface is mainly grass, with the inner ring having a narrower dirt track. It is a right-handed course, with some tough characteristics. The track's overall length is around 1,950 m or around 6,397.6 feet.
