Gramin – meaning "from the village" is an opportunity to give you a safe, fulfilling culinary experience from rural North India.
As the food cooked in villages, they do not use any food additives, artificial preservatives, or chemical colourants in their preparations. Both ingredients and vegetables used are handpicked, as in conventional homes, to ensure that the food we serve is nutritious.
They strictly follow vegetarianism and comply with vegetarian ingredients norms for all the preparations. Jain (No onion, No garlic, No root) alternatives available on request. Vegan options are also available upon request. Reservations on weekends and public holidays are suggested. They're a non-smoking and non-air-conditioned restaurant. Takeaway orders are also taken over the phone.
