Muthyala Madavu- The Pearl Valley

Muthyala means "Pearl" in Kannada, whereas Maduvu means "Pond/Pool." Muthyala Maduvu, the earl valley is beautiful, and the fact that when the water from the waterfalls falls, it appears as if pearls are dropping in a string, creating a mystical atmosphere.

Muthyala Madavu- The Pearl Valley
Muthyala Maduvu, also known as Pearl Valley, is around 40 kilometers towards the south of Bengaluru and 5 kilometers from the north of Anekal. This lovely picnic location is tucked away in a valley surrounded by mountains. The waterfall is located in Pearl Valley, which is rich in flora and wildlife and home to many rare bird species. Muthyala Maduvu has a diverse range of flora and fauna. Elephants and wild bears live in the jungle. This beautiful green woodland is also home to a variety of unique and blossoming flora. The major feature of Pearl Valley is a mesmerising waterfall, which provides the illusion of a pearl-like appearance due to drops of water dripping from the rock surfaces, thus the name "Pearl Valley." This is a wonderful alternative for hikers since the deep forest across the mountains provides a great adrenaline boost. 
Between August and November is the perfect time to visit and enjoy a vacation to Muthyala Maduvu. During this time, clouds form, giving the waterfalls a heavenly appearance. The fog that envelops the area at this time is truly beautiful. Any time of year is a good time to explore Pearl Valley. However, if you want to see the waterfall's real splendor, which generates a pearl-like effect, a visit during the monsoons will be the best time.

1. Muthyala Maduvu Falls
Muthyala Maduvu is known for its tranquil waterfall. The waterfalls from a height of 100 feet, giving the impression that pearls are falling from the sky. The Muthyala Maduvu Falls is a great location to unwind, and you may even swim in the basin created by the cascade.
2.Pearls Valley
The Pearl Valley, as its name suggests, is beautiful, with lush trees and blooming flowers. A walk through this valley will refresh your mind and allow your lungs to breathe fresh air. The valley is stunning and will take your breath away.
3. Ashok Chandra Complex
This is the destination for shopaholics, located around 15 kilometers from Muthyala Maduvu. This commercial center is ideal for buying things to take home as memories. There is a large selection of handcraft and traditional goods to pick from within the complex.
4. The Taj Mahal 
You might be wondering how did Taj Mahal move from Agra to this site. A replica of one of the Seven Wonders of the World may be found 16 kilometers from Muthyala Maduvu. Even if you've already been to Agra, you may still come here and marvel at the splendor.
5. Shiva Temple 
An ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva towers above the waterfall. Every morning, a puja is held at the temple.  Every day, a large number of devotees come to this temple to worship and seek blessings. 
6. Nilgiri Plantations
A lovely Nilgiri plantation may be seen at the waterfall's peak. The beautiful image of the plants swinging in the breeze is breathtaking. Take a stroll around this plantation and be awestruck by its beauty.

By Road: Muthyala Maduvu is around 40 kilometers from Bangalore. The NH7 route to Muthyala Maduvu is smooth and free of potholes. Open from Monday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1 day is required to explore the valley.
There is no entrance cost to visit Pearl Valley. To enter a toll, however, you must pay a government-imposed toll tax of Rs.30. Apart from that, if you acquire your own vehicle, you will have to pay a parking cost of Rs10.
